1. About GameMaps

GameMaps is operated by Oakcode Ltd, United Kingdom.

GameMaps provides interactive maps, tools, and related services for games. Features may vary depending on the platform (website or Overwolf app).

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use GameMaps.

If you are using GameMaps on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. User Accounts

Some features require you to create an account.

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your login credentials secure
• All activity that occurs under your account

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid subscriptions for GameMaps are available through the GameMaps application distributed via the Overwolf platform.

Subscriptions, billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Overwolf and its authorized payment providers, in accordance with their respective terms and policies. GameMaps does not directly process payments and does not store payment or billing information.

If you experience billing or payment-related issues, these must be resolved through the applicable platform or payment provider.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use GameMaps for unlawful purposes
• Attempt to disrupt, exploit, or reverse-engineer the service
• Scrape, copy, or redistribute GameMaps content without permission
• Circumvent access controls or subscription restrictions

We may restrict or suspend access if we believe these Terms are being violated.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All content, software, and features provided by GameMaps are owned by or licensed to Oakcode Ltd, unless otherwise stated.

You may use GameMaps for personal, non-commercial use only.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell any part of the service without prior written permission.

7. Availability & Changes

GameMaps is provided “as is” and “as available”.

We may:

• Modify or discontinue features
• Update content
• Change how the service works

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• GameMaps is provided without warranties of any kind
• Oakcode Ltd will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability related to the service will not exceed the amount paid by you (if any) in the previous 12 months

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

You may stop using GameMaps at any time.

We may suspend or terminate access to GameMaps if:

• These Terms are violated
• Required by law
• Necessary to protect the service or other users

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that by nature should survive termination.

10. Privacy

Your use of GameMaps is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process personal data.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time.

Continued use of GameMaps after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
